As part of a major project for one of its clients based in Greece, our client is looking to strengthen its Major Projects team in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) department.
The projects last for 6 to 9 months in Greece, which requires being available on-site during this period. This fast-growing company is recognized for its technical expertise in HVAC on high value-added projects within demanding and multicultural sectors.
Main Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of international HVAC projects (costing, proposal writing, coordination of internal teams and local partners).

Respond to public and private export tenders.

Ensure the overall coordination of projects up to the final handover of the installations.

Guarantee the profitability of operations and customer satisfaction.

Act as the key interface between the client, technical teams, purchasing, logistics, and partners.

Candidate Profile:

Master's degree (or equivalent) in HVAC engineering, energy engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in international HVAC project management.

Fluency in both French (to communicate with the French client) and English.

Strong skills in negotiation, project management, and cross-cultural communication.

International mobility is essential.
