Your Mission
In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities within your assigned region, building strong customer relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth. You will act as the key commercial contact for end-users, identifying needs, offering tailored solutions, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
What You Will Do
- Develop and grow new customer relationships within your territory
- Identify and convert new business opportunities into profitable sales
- Prepare, manage, and follow up on quotations through to successful closure
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions
- Collaborate with engineering and application specialists to deliver tailored solutions
- Work closely with regional and international teams to execute sales strategies
- Promote products, services, and solutions through customer engagement, training, and events
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Ensure accurate reporting of commercial activities via CRM systems
- Act as a professional ambassador for the business at all times
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards in all activities
What You Bring
- Technical or commercial degree (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in technical/industrial environments
- Strong commercial negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to understand technical applications and translate them into solutions
- Highly self-driven, structured, and results-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a field-based role (60–80% travel)
- Confident user of MS Office; CRM experience beneficial
