Store Manager (German Speaking) – Retail Fashion / Cosmetics

We are currently looking for an experienced Store Manager (German speaking) to join an international retail brand expanding its presence in Europe.

Role Overview:

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing retail team, driving store KPIs, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced, commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop store team members
• Deliver strong sales performance and KPI results
• Ensure excellent customer service standards
• Manage daily store operations (stock, VM, scheduling)
• Execute company commercial and marketing guidelines
• Recruit and onboard new team members

Requirements:

• Fluent German + good English
• Proven experience as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
• Strong commercial mindset and KPI-driven approach
• Experience in fashion, beauty, or premium retail
• Leadership and team development skills
• Hands-on, energetic, and customer-focused personality
